The Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC) is seeking information on commercially available water barrier technologies for restricting unauthorized access across or beneath water bodies at technology and manufacturing readiness level 9. Of particular interest are technologies that are proven in operational environments and commercially available for immediate purchase and demonstrate compatibility with cable-based detection and monitoring systems. Information should include a producibility and manufacturing index and be unclassified.
