Mark O’Brien

Mark O'Brien is a senior survivability analyst at the SURVICE Engineering company, where he recently led a team of researchers on behalf of the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center to complete a capabilities-based assessment for the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence concerning the homeland in MDOs. He s a retired U.S. Army Field Artillery and Army Acquisition Corps Officer. Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eastern Connecticut State University and a master's degree in information systems management from Oklahoma City University.
