Chitrak Gupta is a computational biophysicist and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the C. Eugene Bennett Department of Chemistry at West Virginia University. He obtained a B.S. in chemistry from the University
of Delhi and the Indian Institute of Technology followed by an M.S. at The Ohio State University with a focus on solid-state NMR spectroscopy to study peptide structures. He currently works under the mentorship
of Blake Mertz, Ph.D., and his research focuses on characterizing the interactions of pHLIP through molecular dynamics simulations and biophysical experiments.
