National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education (NCITE)

Austin Doctor is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and a faculty member at the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education (NCITE) Center – U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His research informs U.S. national and homeland security policy and practice and focuses on the study of emerging threats, domestic and international terrorism, and counterterrorism. Dr. Doctor holds a Ph.D. from the School of Public and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
