The Energy Exchange, hosted by the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), is an opportunity for agencies to ensure their workforce understands leadership direction, priorities, goals, and strategies. It’s also a unique opportunity to fulfill training mandates in alignment with legislative and administration workforce development objectives.

The event provides a place to network with energy and water professionals leading to development and implementation solutions that can make the federal government a leader in the transition to a clean energy economy.

At Energy Exchange 2025, attendees will:

  • Gain insight into federal leadership’s key priorities and solutions during opening and closing plenaries.
  • Participate in agency-driven training sessions to tackle emerging challenges.
  • Collaborate with peers and agencies during dedicated networking sessions.
  • Engage with FEMP staff and leadership at the FEMP Hub.
  • Discover innovative technologies from industry experts at the Trade Show and Technology Pavilion.
