Catherine (Cat) Starnes is an applied biostatistician providing guidance on program design and assessment in support of cross-domain/holistic care and performance enhancement and analytical support for assessing the longitudinal impact of performance training programs for active-duty service members. She has more than 10 years of experience providing support and guidance as a statistics professor and statistician in academic consulting labs and tactical spaces. She has worked as a pharmacy tech and medical assistant. Her professional interests and experiences include injury prevention and rehabilitation, sports medicine, perinatal health, cross-domain/collaborative/holistic care, performance enhancement, experimental design, longitudinal data analysis, and observational data. Ms. Starnes holds a Ph.D. in epidemiology and biostatistics.
