Andy Grose, Ph.D.

Andy Grose is a Physical Scientist at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Fort Belvoir, VA. He is the Contracting Officer’s Representative for the Technical Reachback contract, which comprises a group of approximately 45 chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high explosive (CBRNE)-trained contractors that work 24/7/365 performing hazard prediction modeling in support of DoD, government, and state/local/territorial/tribal customers.
