Quentin Newcomer

Mr. Newcomer is a Technical Analyst at the HDIAC, where he contributes to research and training products across the HDIAC’s eight technical focus areas. He recently completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Business. Mr. Newcomer also holds 20 certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Agency covering the National Response Framework, National Incident Management System, and public assistance.
