The 2023 Holistic Health and Fitness Symposium (H2F) will be taking place on Monday, 24 April – Wednesday, 26 April at Fort Eustis, in Newport News, VA. This three-day event will feature speakers from the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training (USACIMT) and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), including an exposition of related technologies fulfilled by industry partners.
H2F is a comprehensive, integrated, and immersive health and fitness system that generates lethal Soldiers who are physically, mentally, and spiritually ready to engage with and overmatch the enemy in multidomain operations. The system accomplishes this by addressing the physical and nonphysical components of fitness through performance professionals, programs, facilities, equipment, and education. H2F improves both individual Soldier readiness and unit cohesion by enhancing unit integrity. The goal for TRADOC’s H2F Symposium is for companies and academia to showcase products and services that can provide the Army with effective solutions within the H2F system.
The Exposition is open to all Fort Eustis personnel and will take place at the Anderson Field House on Tuesday, 25 April. Exhibits are open to all Fort Eustis personnel from 1000-1500.
