Valerie DiVito leads a multidisciplinary biomedical research program at USACEHR to investigate the mechanisms of action for acute and chronic health effects caused by exposure to environmental hazards and toxicants. This work uses a systems toxicology approach to inform the development of surveillance tools, diagnostics, and interventions to prevent and/or mitigate the adverse consequences from toxicant exposure, including decreased military performance in occupational and operational environments.
