Kay L. Ritchie, Ph.D., is a senior lecturer at the University of Lincoln. Her research focuses on understanding and improving face identification. Kay holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has worked at the University of York, UK and the University of Western Australia prior to joining the School of Psychology in Lincoln. Kay currently leads a team funded by the British Academy investigating public attitudes towards the use of facial recognition technology in the criminal justice system.
